Password reset, bank unlinked, locked out of account

I have been selling on Etsy for over 7 years with 350+ 5-star reviews. My main shop is @TheFarmhouseFinds. I got an email notification yesterday from noreply@mail.etsy.com stating that my password was reset because "Etsy’s Security team detected possible suspicious activity in your account. As a precaution, we’ve temporarily limited access until you create a new password".

I then received a follow email that stated, "An Etsy admin has unlinked the bank account connected to your Etsy shop."

I have since been locked out of my account. I have 20+ open orders totaling around $40,000 in sales sitting in my que. All have been refunded to my customers. I am receiving email notifications from my customers stating their order was canceled but I can't reply because I can't log into my account. This is my full-time job and my livelihood and I haven't been able to talk with one single person at Etsy who can provide support in regaining access to my account. 

I understand the need to protect your sellers but the lack of customer support is just mind-boggling. I have read other threads of sellers going through the same thing.

I've requested multiple calls from Etsy support only for all of them to tell me they will expedite the situation to help me regain access but that's where it ends. I've talked with multiple chat support bots who have provided no assistance.

Can anyone at Etsy assist? Or are there any sellers who have had luck in solving this?

Are you sure the emails are from Etsy? You need to contact Etsy asap because it sounds like your account may have been hacked

It sounds like an attempt at a hack was made, and Etsy shut it all down.  Do you still have your order confirmation emails?  If you scroll down, next to their avatar is a link to end them a direct email - at least you can let them know your shop was hacked, but assure them you will be back as soon as you can get things ironed out.

All you can do is wait for Support to get back to you.  So sorry this happened!

If any company sends you an email regarding a security breach requesting you to change your password via a link in the email it tends to be suspicious.

Always log into the account in question to verify the message has come from that source, never via a link in the email.

Either a notification will show in your account or a message whether it is Etsy, Paypal, facebook, gmail etc....

Sorry this happened to you. It can take Etsy support a long time, unfortunately, to actually help you with this (abysmal CS). You can only wait or try contacting them via the email option as well. Sometimes when one method doesn't work, another will. I would do as Pillow Details mentioned and look for your order confirmation emails so you can at least let customers know what is going on and apologize (though not your fault, of course). And then, I would direct them to my website to order what they like giving them a discount.
