Bonjour toutes mes commandes ont été envoyées mais le montant en réserve est toujours bloqué merci de bien vouloir le débloquer rapidement.

@Lecomptoirnomade: "please release it quickly" Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

Might be related to your shipping tracking. Otherwise maybe you could make a complaint at la Chambre de Commerce, make them get aware of Etsy practice of holding your fund with no reason given and impossible to withdraw. Europe needs to protect their sellers. UK sellers have complained to the BBC about this unfair catastrophic practice and got their 75% reserve reduced to 30%. Thank You UK Sellers.
