Pages disappeared

If you search through my shop pages 5 to 6 just disappeared! I have listed 192 listings and can only count 140 visible. I was wondering why my sales were low and now I see why! Talked to etsy support and they said to clear cache and cookies, etc...  that is not the problem has I tried different devices and the result is the same.

But I don't see the full pages in anyone's shop, using a tablet and Android.

Mine are also missing pages, contacted help and they were as expected no help

Yes your pages keep jumping, when I click in 12 it goes to 15.

So what are we to do? Put a note in our announcements that we have x number of pages of listings and  buyers should use a desk top computer if they want to see them all?

@FeltFunky  in my shop announcement I wrote:  When viewing my shop on a mobile device, it may be necessary to switch to Desktop view to view all items.

If you switch to Desktop view on your tablet you should be able to view all of your listings. On my phone using Firefox there are three vertical dots near the search bar. When I click on that the drop down has a slider next to "Desktop site". Side that to the right.

Not that it lessens the FUBAR of it all.

@MyCupTeaMiniatures thanks for checking, it's also missing pages on this my other shop. Very frustrating as I'm just being told to "screenshot " the issue. They really need to sort this

Page 7 to 9 from your shop don't appear in my tablet. Check your store on a mobile device.

This is happening to me too and a number of others, who have posted on other threads.  I wish those responding would actually look at what those experiencing the issue are saying. It's NOT THE APP, it's viewing a shop's listings on a BROWSER on a mobile device.  The last person to look at mine could see only half my listings. It's fine on desktops. And Etsy seems to be doing nothing to address this.

I have the same issue! I noticed it this morning when I open my shop it’s showing I have 55 pages but if you start going through them it’s skipping from 5,7,9,15, and so on ! But if I go back the number of pages starts going crazy 2575 of 55 for example! This completely unacceptable and it’s an issue Etsy needs to address IMMEDIATELY! Every single day there is something going on 🤦‍

Yes I can see it too in your store, it jumps pages and the last ones don't appear.

Even though I can't see your page 6 on my mobile browser, when I searched Etsy for a Dollhouse Rustic Bench, your Mini Squirrel bench showed up on page 3 of search.

So our items are still showing in search but not in our shops.

I'm seeing it on mobile desktop view, in any larger shop, including my own.

The Buyer app doesn't seem to be an issue, as there are no shop pages - just one continuous scroll.

@SmudgePlant my phone is an Android, and I am seeing the skipped pages on desktop!

Even on the buyer app I counted all my listings and there are some missing.

I have an Android too and I use Firefox. When I click on the Desktop site view, I can see all of your listings. All 8 pages.

Maybe the view is different using different browsers.

The Desktop view on Firefox is the same as on my computer. The pages are represented by numbers in little circles.

Am having similar issues, asked Etsy, they told me to change browser etc, doesn't work. Shop seems ok on laptop. Thought it was just me! It's got to be a fault with Etsy. What a pain! I will also add info to my announcement. Unacceptable. Don't know what else to do

Tell them to search your shop on browser in a mobile device and count your listings. We need to pressure them for this to be solved as soon as possible.

I am laptop, windows 10, chrome, and see all listings for everyone

It’s not an issue on a laptop - it’s using a browser (not the app) on mobile devices

And it doesn’t apply in your shop as you don’t have more than 1 page of listings

I was looking at the shops here, who said they had problems, and who have a lot of listings

..... and see all listings for everyone
