Packing slip glitch

I had two packing slips  to print this morning. First one which should have showed 2 x £13.99 at top right and then £27.98 in the total, actually showed 2  x 184.56 SEK at top right and 369.12 SEK in the total, No pound signs.  I reloaded several times but came up with the same.  I tried my next order which worked fine, no problems.  I ended up sending the customer the other order sheet, (the one for our records). i've tried again just before writing this message 4hrs later but still not working.  Has anyone else had this. The details on my payment account are correct.

If the buyer had a different currency set when they purchased, that is what will show on the packing slip.  Sounds like they paid in Swedish Krona.

Oh, that makes sense. I dont sell to other countries so I just checked google to see if it is a parcel forwarding company, but it is a ordinary house. Maybe someone coming over to visit then. Thankyou for your help

My son is in Sweden, we are in the US.  We order gifts for him from Swedish sellers on Etsy because it's quicker and less hassle than shipping from the US.  Likely your buyer is doing something similar.
