Packing Slip Currency in Pounds Instead of Dollars

Today's sale is showing pounds for currency on the packing slip instead of dollars. I don't sell outside the U.S. so am unsure how this happened. I was able to print out an order receipt for the buyer instead. Does this sort of thing "clear up on it's own" or should I report this to Etsy to correct?

The Buyer may have purchased and sent to US but had their account set to GBP when they ordered.

The packing slip will print whatever currency the buyer has set in their account. It doesn't matter if you don't sell outside of the US. The buyer has their currency set to pounds in their account and not USD, that's all. It's normal and nothing you need to report, worry about or wait to "clear up".
