Package with Etsy Shipping Label - Can't Print Scan Form

I have one package shipping today within the US that will not go onto my Scan Form. I often have this issue with international packages (not always Canada), but never have had this problem with a package shipping within the US... any ideas WHY? I have 20 others going out with no issues.

Oooops - nevermind - I'm so sorry- I just realized I packed the item with another item the customer ordered - so it's part of that package and on the scan form already.
