PROBLEM LISTING

ETSY KEEPS STOPPING ME FROM LISTING GIVING ME AN ERROR CODE. LIKE 5 TIMES LISTING ITEMS. I AM ON ETSY OVER ,15 YEARS........I KNOW HOW TO LIST. I COMPLAIN NO ANSWER BUT SORRY.. IT REALLY TAKES UP MY TIME OVER AND OVER.  IT IS THE NEW ( AI ) IAM TOLD...SO GET RID OF IT!!!!  IT IS A FLAWED PROGRAM. I CAN NOT BE THE ONLY ONE...WHO CAN HELP????

Stop shouting for one.  It is hard to read when people shout.

Did you clean out cache and cookies?

Did you try another browser?

If using the app, did you uninstall and reinstall the app?

15 years, do you have other shops?  Are you having problems with creating listings for them?

Can you be more specific about the problem?  Maybe we can help you if we know what kind of issue you are having.  Core details?  Shipping?

This happens to me when I copy an older listing or reactivate an older one.

My trick is to change the physical listing to a digital one, then immediately change it back to a physical one and add the shipping profile.

If this doesn't work, just renew the listing and immediately go and change the details.

99% of the time this works.

I suspect this is one of those core values issues. If you are copying from an old listing you may need to make changes on the Details section of the listing. Where is says "core details" click "change". Then move down that list and respond to each question.

This happens to me quite often. Tonight, it would let me list one item, the next item I got an error message. I tried relisting it three times, but could never list it. I changed to a new item and listed it. I tried another item and it wouldn't let me. It is very frustrating. I didn't have this problem with the old way. I am listing new items, not copying from an old listing. I wish someone could tell me what is happening.
