POD production partners aren't showing in my settings

When I go into settings>production partners every one of them says "a printing associate" in both the production partner name and what I'm calling them publicly on my listings. I have tried editing it several times, but when i go back to make sure the details have been saved, it has reverted back to "a printing associate". 

I takes ages for me to figure out which is the actual production partner because I have to find out which has 27 listings, or 80 listings etc. Can anyone suggest what I may do about it? My account was suspended twice earlier this year for over a week each time (I still don't know why) and I'm trying to ensure it doesn't happen again - this is the only possibility I can find.

You are scrolling down to click 'update partner' yes? I know it sounds silly but many miss that bit if it's off the page.

If that's not it then I would suggest trying it on another browser and see if it will stick then.

If that doesn't work then I would try just adding them again as new production partners but be sure to name them something different so you can differentiate between them. Then X or delete the others that are named the same. Then you can bulk edit and add the correct partner to the correct listings in a few clicks.  If you need help with bulk editing let me know.

Not sure what else to suggest.
