system keeps telling me that i have an overdue item and i do not.

Stupid question... Did you accidentally forget to click complete?

If no, then it could well be a glitch, like how other parts in the dash regarding orders does not always update accordingly.

You can contact live chat in your dashboard and they can manually check this and rectify it if required

did you enter a tracking # (marks the order complete)?

I do the mailing through etsy so the tracking is done automatically

Check your shop's payment account, all the breakdowns on sales, fees, etc. There may still be glitches in the system.

Did you get this issue resolved? I have had the same problem since June and it still shows past due in my dashboard. It has not affected my star seller ratings thankfully, but it is pretty annoying.

looks like the issue is specific to the idiotic website. The app does not show the extra order

last month revenue was appearing and listings going to the sold section for about 20 minutes but no order showing.. then the listing would go back to active and the revenue disappeared and life went on.

When it comes to Etsy it is best to check everything twice then once more for luck and when there is an issue try your hardest to fix it yourself, it would be quicker then getting answers from Etsy
