Ive had a customer who have reported to us that our discounts are not being applied at checkout. The discounts show in the category list but not checkout. The discount is over every item and the sale is valid in timescale. However its inconsistent in as much as when we ask someone else to try its works fine. She is using an Iphone with the Etsy App. She has sent me the screen layouts and we have checked the listing. No minimum values or anything strange. Anyone else ?
