Anyone else having an issue checking out? I have some supplies I have to buy and every time I try to check out it says one or more of your items is out of stock try again. When I go back to cart nothing is out of stock, everything is available.
If you are buying from multiple sellers I would just buy from one seller at a time. Maybe that way you can at least identify where the error is coming from.
If you are buying multiple items from one seller I would message them and ask if any / which of their items it might be.
I do have multiple sellers in my cart but am currently only trying to order from one. I've tried a couple browsers now but it all is the same error.
All one seller?
Yes all one seller but I can't figure out what is out of stock.
Well, you could buy one item at a time until you get to the item that is "out of stock" and then that one would not go through. However you would then have to contact the seller and ask to combine the shipping and tell him/her the reason you ordered that way. Perhaps they could "fix" it.
Or just message them--tell them what you want to purchase and have them set up a combined reserved order just for you.
THIS ^^^ contact the seller, they may not realize there is an issue, but I bet they would love to do a combined order for you!
One has to wonder if this is related to the reported glitch where in stock listings are being shown to the buyer as sold out?
I had a buyer recently who had an out of stock item in her cart and the error just told her to contact the seller (NOT that anything was out of stock) so we had to guess what the issue was. If Etsy is telling buyers an item is out of stock, that's an improvement. Now if they could just point out WHICH item is out of stock, they might be onto something!
Could this possibly be ... not necessarily an out of stock item, but maybe a "variation" of that item that is out of stock?
