Out of Stock Messages

I've had quite a few customers message me saying they purchased an item and then received both the purchase confirmation and another email saying the item was out of stock. It is creating a lot of confusion, especially since the items are not out of stock. I'm assuming it's a glitch of some sort, but has anyone else had this happen?

Yes. I am having the same issue. I’ve had 2 customers almost cancel as a result.

I’ve had that happen twice recently. One was an item I reserved for a particular person, but when she went to pay, she was told it was sold out. Another person went to add something to her cart and said it was no longer available. Neither had been purchased on my side. I said both items were still available and maybe it was a glitch and to try again later. It finally went through correctly for both customers.

I am having the same problem contacted live chat yesterday  told no problems, yet it has just happened again today hope they get this fixed its embarrassing

I have had this problem as well. Have had several individuals that have gotten this email, seems to mostly happen when they purchase the last one on hand.

I'm also having this problem. Two customers have reached out in the last 24 hours, resulting in one wanting to cancel their entire order.

Yes I've had 2 in the last week. I apologised and reassure the customer that the item was available for their order and that it was a bug.

There is something amiss?

Got an email today from a potential customer, "...Looks like there aren't any left?"

I know the listing is live, it appears in search results, and haven't sold any of that item recently.

But I have no order from her. Why would she think there aren't any left? 

Makes me wonder if other potential customers are getting some sort of "out of stock" message?
