Our Etsy shop has been closed for over 3 weeks, and we haven't received any help from support. With the holiday season approaching, we need to know if our shop will be reinstated, or if we should switch platforms to avoid losing more orders.
Here's the issue: In the 'Legal and tax information' section, we were asked to upload a verification document for our business, even though we've been operating on Etsy for over 3 years and had already submitted the required documents. We obtained a new document and uploaded it more than 3 weeks ago for review.
This is the message we see:
'Your document has been submitted for review.
We'll look it over and be in touch soon (usually within 2-5 business days). We may reach out if we need more details. Keep in mind: Your shop will stay in Vacation Mode until we can verify your info.'
However, it's been over 20 days now. We want to know how we can contact an admin or Etsy support directly to get an update on our case, or to make a decision about switching platforms.
It's unfortunate that we might lose all our ranking and reviews due to insufficient support.

Make sure that everything is uploaded in PDF.
Also some of your listings make claims, which is not allowed on Etsy. Have you asked them, if this has had an affect on your shop being kept in vacation mode?

Send an email to Etsy to try to solve it. Everybody here can only guess why it has not been reinstated.
There is so much in your shop that would raise concerns that I expect Etsy is doing a thorough review.
