Other people conversation in my inbox

I woke up this morning to 12 different conversations from different users unrelated to my store in my inbox. Am I the only one? I tried to contact customer support, and it is an endless loop to nothing. I just wanted to let someone know something is wrong.

Make sure you mark them as spam so they don't affect your star seller badge. This has never happened to me, were they perhaps scammer messages?

One person is initiating a conversation, and multiple people are replying. I already dropped them into the spam folder. Thanks for the advice.

Multiple people shouldn't be able to participate in one Etsy message. Could it be forum posts that you're seeing?

It's not a forum post. This was happening in my Etsy inbox. Looks like after reporting it maybe customer support fixed it. But moving everything into the spam folder did help because my phone was going off every second.

Is it the trademark holders contacting you about your counterfeit items?

Spiderman, Hurricanes, Elvis, Bengals, etc, etc...

Scammers like to target shops like yours knowing that if they order the item, they can open a Not as Described case, win, get a full refund from etsy from your account & keep the item. So you will want to get proper licensing from each of the IPs in order to sell their merch on etsy.

Multiple trademark infringements can lead to your shop being placed on payment reserve or even shut down altogether.

Your account might have been hacked.  I would change your password straight away.
