Hi,

Can someone tell me what is the easiest way to contact Etsy about a problem as a seller with an order?

Also,  In my stats it shows that I have 1 order but it shows 0 in my orders & shipping,.

You sell digital items. If it's not the personalised listing, it will move from an open order to a completed one automatically because you don't have to ship anything.
