Hello I am new to the Etsy community. However, I just had my first order placed with me through Etsy printify, but none of my orders are showing up on my Etsy dashboard or my printify dashboard. She said she had paid and the payment have went through on her end, but I can’t see anything on my end. What do I do
To reiterate, it is possible that it is a scam. You don't have an order until it shows in your shop and in your Payment Account. Scammers often target new shops and sellers, because they are not as familiar with how Etsy works as established sellers are. And scams seem to be unusually pervasive at the present time.
