Orders showing as dispatched late when they were actually sent out early

I sent out an order today, I edited the dispatcher date on the 16th to be sent on the 17th as I completed it early. I mailed it today and when I went to mark it in the app it said it was over dues and it was not. 

Not it's showing in my star seller profile and a let dispatch too. I tired speaking with agent in the live chat the the refused to help. How do I remove this error?

@TailsAndFables: When you said "I edited the dispatcher date" do you mean you updated the actual scheduled to ship by date, or do you mean the completed date? If you ship early there is no need to change the ship by date. What you should do is check the applicable CSV file a day or two after the package has been scanned to see if Etsy still thinks it is late.

It has now been removed from my start seller page l, though to suggest that it never was affecting it is unfair. I have the screenshots to prove it. You also may want educate your support staff on this error in your system as I wasted several hours of my time on this issue and neither of the two people I spoke y. The o to had any knowledge of how to fix it (or interest for that matter). 

It's bad enough that make it impossible for Irish shops to attain star seller with this issue added in
