Orders say 0 on my dashboard yet I can see I am making sales because of the emails I am receiving.

Today is Dec 31 2024, I can see I am making sales because of the confirmation emails I am receiving, however in my dashboard, under "Orders", it says "0"? I made 15 sales today so far, so the number under "Orders" would usually say 15, but not today??

Anyone else having this issue?

I have an odd situation as well. I received an order last night around 8:30. It showed up on my dashboard. Today, when I looked at my December report it is not included in my monthly sales number (my sales total is one less sale than it should be.). It is not showing up om ,y dashboard either for today. However, the revenue total for today is double what it should be. I have 1 order for today (not yesterdays order, a new one) but my revenue for today is today's plus yesterday's. Don't know if that makes sense.

Got my first sale as I received a notification with an order number but it doesn't exist anywhere on my dashboard. I'm afraid to upset my buyer, as I don't even know what I sold.

That sounds like a scam message pretending to be sale notification, as your shop front shows no sale numbers yet. Hope you didn't click any link or share bank info.

Glad to hear it is fixed for you. I’m still missing 12 sales from the 31st.

This continues to be an issue for me. I'm still missing 12 sales from 12/31 and although I had seven sales reflected correctly today, the five I just did are not reflected nor did they show up in the app. I saw the sales in my email.
