A repeat customer placed an order with me last night.
The order did not come through to my orders page.
The customer contacted me and I explained that we did not receive the order.
The customer provided me with a screen shot of her order confirmation along with the order number.
Does anyone know how I can get a hold of someone or some department at etsy to look into this?

Did you get an email that you made a sale? It's also possible the payment is still processing.
No email. But they have confirmation. And usually if the sale is pending we can see that in our feed.
I don't know what device you are using but this morning I could see I made a sale from my desktop but not using the Etsy app from my iPad.
PC and app... I have received other orders and those are showing up on both, just not this one order in particular.
I have a similar issue but.... A repeat customer placed an order. It shows on Etsy. But does not show on PRINTIFY. I place a message with Printify. I need to know why they didn't receive the order, and if I should post a manual order. Hoping to hear back soon
