For the last week, some orders are not showing in my NEW folder.
The reason I noticed is:
- I make products a day before they are shipped.
- We have 2 main products. I will go into my NEW tab and put a check mark on all of my business card cases to make.
- I go off that list to make. I might have 3 pages of products to go though. When going from page 1 to page 2 in the NEW tab, the same order will appear on both pages. Sometimes they will not show up at all.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
- using PC
- I have tried just going off one page at a time instead of multiple pages.
- I have backtracked and double checked to make sure I did not miss any also.
- I have checked "select all" and then took checks out of the ones I do not want to make.
We still have items not made at ship time. There is a technical glitch.
Please check this out. It might seem like a minor issue, but it is not for me. When Erik goes to ship, the items are missing and I have to frantically make it or ship after the shipping cutoff (creating our orders to go out later).
PS, Please do not suggest I am doing anything incorrect.... as I have been doing this for years and am a seasoned seller. Since Thanksgiving, I have experienced this issue each day and it is causing great time issues with us.

Yes! I just discovered about 6 orders that are due on Monday and were not showing a couple of days ago. I also am showing duplicate orders on the days that seem to have orders missing. Also have an order that did not show up on my new list, but had made an order slip for it. The only way I found it was by a search of their name. This needs to be FIXED ASAP.
Yah, it is trowing us off terribly! I catch the duplicates (mind you, it takes me longer to make my "make it" list) but the missing ones are trouble for me.

I've been having this for ages. And things on page 1 of open orders are also duplicated on page 2. I make to order so I make something then put into in progress so I don't make the same thing twice. Then I later mark as shipped once handed to Royal Mail.
I have only had it happen this last week. Sorry you have had this issue in the UK for a while! I like the IN PROGRESS folder idea. Yah, I will have 100 personalized orders to make and names are pretty similar sometimes. I notice the duplicates but the ones that just don't show are the difficult ones to deal with. ♥
I've been experiencing this for a few months- starting in October, 2024. I make up my weekly production list from my orders pages 2 to 3 weeks in advance. I silk screen similar designs all at the same time to keep up with a busy shop. I started noticing that a couple of items from one page would show up again on the next page and I'd need to check the order number to make sure it was a duplicate. I also started having orders magically appear to be due to ship several days from now that didn't appear anywhere before -which is a royal pain in the a$$. I've chatted with Etsy about this numerous times -starting on October 6, 2024 - and asked them to please get this sorted out since it throws off my production schedule -each and every week! I'm told that they will "look into it" and that maybe it's my browser, etc. ..and maybe I need to clear browsing history, restart computer -all of which I've done -and it still keeps happening. I've used Google Chrome for years without this issue. Hey Etsy- maybe it's a glitch in your platform...and if Etsy can't function properly with Google Chrome -I'd say that's a huge Etsy problem! They also can't seem to fix it -and I'm getting fed up. Another glitch seems to be that orders were scheduled to be shipped on Jan. 1st -which of course if a national holiday. I pointed this out to Etsy as well -and the response was that I can just re-schedule the shipping date. We all know that we can only do that once....and why should we have to do that at all. I'm getting so frustrated with Etsy.
I am a new seller. I got my first order (from my sister in law) the day I opened. Was getting ready to print out my shipping label and the order has disappeared from my sold orders page. Anyone have any advice for me?
@Nuthousebaglady: Presuming that you did not inadvertently select one of the filters on the Orders page, the first place to look is on the completed tab in case Etsy cancelled the order (usually for a payment issue).
