Orders not showing in my shop..

I had a notification that there were orders in my store but I am not able to see them?

I was asked to reply to the email in the chat but I'm not able to do this. The message I got was this:

But then I was not able to respond to the email, because it said - The username you have entered is not a valid Etsy user.

It's because I think it's my first order, but I'm not able to respond to get these orders activated?

Can any one help?

It’s a scam, there are no orders visible in your shop. Do not reply! Mark as spam. There are lots of posts in the forum about this problem.

The fact that the username is not available means that Etsy have already acted.

Be wary and vigilant as there are a lot of scammers at this time of year and they are targeting new shops hoping to get their card details!!

As you have done, always log in to your account to check if you have orders and if in doubt come to the forum again if you get any more suspicious behaviour.

PS.  Don't put CMYK#1 or Type Block 2 at the front of your titles as your title should contain phrases a buyer might type in and the front of the title is crucial.  If you need to put that sort of detail in, then put it at the end.

Genuine messages from Etsy will appear in the 'from Etsy' folder in your message inbox.

If it's not in there then it's a SCAM. Mark the message as SPAM.

Be sure to mark the message as SPAM so that it does not affect your stats.

Yes, take the "Type" info out of the beginning of your titles. Put in the title the size of your framed prints.

Ignore them, they are a total scam. Any genuine orders will show up under "orders and delivery" on your shop dashboard and genuine messages from Etsy staff will also show up under the "from Etsy" section under messages, also available from your shop dashboard.
