Orders/completed orders are no longer displaying, etsy outage?

I was in the process of filling orders and upon refresh they have all disappeared though the icon showing how many orders I have is still there. 

Same issue on my phone as well as my PC.

I've gotten the red bar (stitch gone awry) bar in my order area twice.

Same here.  It stopped working right in the middle of printing labels for today's shipments.  Orders icon shows 5 orders, but nothing on the orders page and also nothing at all showing up under the completed orders page.

I can now see *some* of my orders, but there's loads missing... Like, the coming few days worth of orders to ship, at least, are not there.

Same.. tried multiple browses... orders finally popped up, but no messages and the app doesn't work at all

I cannot print the Order Receipt page for a new order. I could print the Packing slip, but not the order. I did notice now both come with "Customization options". I'm positive it's all connected.

Why is it that every time Etsy rolls something new out, they need to break the site? Would it be possible to experiment first, and roll out new changes without breaking the site for sellers- especially at the end of a busy weekday when people are trying to print their invoices and labels? Why not roll something massive like this out say on a weekend?

Yeah... like do it at the quietest time on the site... when the US is sleeping and the rest of the world isn't rushing to get things shipped before their PO drop off place closes

Won't print orders.  "Stitch awry" message.  Rebooted.  No change.

Whenever a glitch on Etsy occurs, clear your cache (in both areas as shown below), shut down your browser, restart your computer, relaunch your browser, and sign back into Etsy as it fixes many of the issues.  Bear in mind that this might only work temporarily, but it may help you print shipping labels in time.

How to clear the cache on an IMac

Click on History, Clear History.

Make sure that Cookies and Cache are checked.

Click Clear Now.

Now shut down your browser, restart your browser, log into Etsy, and see if you can create or edit a listing.

How to clear your cache in Firefox on an IMac

Click on Firefox, Preferences, Privacy and Security.

Scroll down and click on Manage Data on the right. If it's grayed out, click on Manage Exceptions, Save Changes (even though you've not made any), and then wait for Manage Data to no longer be grayed out. It can take around 10 seconds to a few minutes for this to occur.

Click twice on Last Used so it sorts it by the latest first.

Either click on Remove All or click on individual sites under the Site column and then click on Remove Selected.

Click Save Changes.

Doing both the above fixes more glitches.  If it hasn't worked, I recommend saving this forum post for reference anyway. I also recommend clearing your cache at least every week. On my phone, I have to do it daily because one of my apps freezes daily otherwise.
