Orders can't be placed?

Has anyone had a notification in your shop on the house coming up saying you made a sale but it can't be found anywhere other than the sold out area of the dashboard? No notifications on the order dashboard, nothing pending, no emails and then about an hour later the item is back in your shop like you never sold anything? Just happened to me today and I'm trying to figure out what happened. Now it is showing I've sold multiple things on the house icon but sold out only shows 1 item and nothing is still showing up in the orders dashboard.

Well, the item that was "sold" that reappears in your shop is probably due to a payment issue with the buyer's card. The issue with showing items "sold" but no actual sales? No clue. Maybe clear your cache?

I thought so too and cleared everything but it is still showing multiple sales but nothing in orders and no emails. Either a seriously long lag or a very bad bug

@SomewearInTyme  :  If Etsy cancelled an order it should be in the "completed" tab of your Orders And Shipping page.

I just checked and nothing! I'm so confused as I've been notified I had another sale come in but I can't see anything

@SomewearInTyme: Are you checking using an app or a browser? There are a lot of issues reported with the apps.

Did you ever figure this out? I just had the same problem. Was excited to wake up to icon with 2 orders, but only one order shows on my dashboard and nothing has been cancelled? So strange.

I am showing same issue and unable to find any solution under the help selling site, no pending orders but two in my sold icon.  This is very frustrating.  I have tried everything that I can think of but nothing has helped.
