All of my orders since around January are not showing under the correct Completed status. The orders under "In transit" have all been delivered so they should be under "Delivered". The one that is in transit is showing up under "Pre-transit" even though the status has been updated by USPS. It is showing the same on the App and when I login to Etsy on my laptop. I use Etsy labels and like to follow up on my orders to make sure they were all delivered within the expected timeframe. This glitch is annoying, and I was hoping it would clear up eventually but after months I thought I should report it. I'm not sure if this is the best place, I couldn't find where to contact Etsy.
