I have noticed that the due dates for orders placed between March 7 and March 10 have been incorrectly consolidated, requiring over 50 handmade items to ship by tomorrow. This is the second time that this happened. nThis is a deviation from the expected order processing workflow, where each order's due date is spaced out according to its respective placement date. This consolidation is not only unrealistic given the handmade nature of my products but also places undue stress on my small business operations.
The ethos of my shop is founded on the quality and care put into each product, making it impossible to meet such condensed shipping expectations without compromising the standards my customers have come to expect. This issue is causing significant stress and could potentially harm the reputation I have worked hard to build with my clientele.
I kindly request your urgent assistance in rectifying this situation. Specifically, I am seeking:
- A review and correction of the due dates for orders placed between March 7 and March 10, aligning them with the actual order dates.
- An explanation of why this issue occurred and measures being implemented to prevent such occurrences in the future.
I believe in the power of Etsy to connect creators with those who appreciate handmade goods, and I am committed to upholding the highest standards for my customers. However, I need the platform's support systems to function correctly to continue providing this level of service.

@SugarMamaFragrances: "A review and correction of the due dates for orders placed between March 7 and March 10 ..." Do not risk waiting on Etsy in this case - you need to change the scheduled ship by date yourself BEFORE the existing scheduled ship by date. You may want to look at https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/115015588087-How-to-Set-Processing-Times-and-Ship-By-Dates?s... if you need help on how to do that.
"I kindly request your urgent assistance in rectifying this situation ..." Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).
Thank you very much! This issue just started last week. My Order Processing Schedule is Monday-Friday and the processing time is 7-9 days. I have not changed this setting for months. Is there a way or setting to keep the orders from different order dates due on the same day?
Go back and check your processing schedule, others have posted that things changed for them date wise.
