I've had two ka-chings today and no orders. I wonder if Etsy has changed the ordering of the order/checkout process. Notifying us earlier in the transaction - if so, I say to revert back to what it was.
@stcroixlighting Obviously we can only speculate, but I suspect that this issue (and many others with the apps) all seem to be related to how and when the Etsy Apps synchronize or don't - that is why it sometimes works to log out and then log back in or delete and reinstall the app. These actions appear to force the app to get fresh data.
There are a number of threads in this forum reporting similar issues. Presumably by mentioning "Cha Ching" you are referring to using an Etsy app. The consensus in the other threads seems to be to manage orders and messages via a browser not the app until the app(s) work correctly.
