Hello everyone, why when I publish a new announcement shortly after, I get a message from an alleged customer with an error written and do I have to confirm the order?

  1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your Account.
  2. Go to Messages
  3. Select the suspicious message from your inbox.
  4. Choose Mark as Spam.

Look at your shop.  You have no sales.

You don't have to confirm the order.  It's a scam - don't click on any links, don't give out your email or any financial information.

There is no error - it's a scam attempt aimed at separating you from your money.

When you get a real order, you will see it on your dashboard under "Orders & Shipping"
