Order stuck in my etsy Ads

I received an order in my Etsy ads and cannot locate it or move it or see who it is. I am a new store, and it just shows up in Etsy ads in one of my variables. I did not get an email from Etsy about the order 

I contacted Etsy support, and they told me to come to this board. 

Having no idea what to do, Etsy support was not helpful.

Any advice would be helpful

What do you mean it shows up in your etsy ads?

If you do not have an order and someone has messaged you asking about an order then it's a scam.

@ValentinoPetPortrait  What? Are you seeing invisible orders? You can't get orders in etsy ads (Marketing). If you had an order it would be located in "Orders & Shipping" in your shop manager dashboard. Hope this helps

What is making you think you have an order?

What does the variable say exactly?

Could it be that you see an order has been attributed to ads, (in your ad stats) but you haven't sold that item?

If that's the case, then the customer clicked on that ad/item, but bought something else. Etsy will still show that the order came from that ad/item, no matter what the customer actually purchased.
