A customer placed an order on Feb 28 and I didn't receive any notification from Etsy until March 6 with a notice the shipping was past due. I went to my listing and see the correct print provider is checked. This correct print provider did not receive the order, but another one of my print providers did, who sent me a notice the product wasn't synced. It wasn't synced because they're not supposed to be the provided on this item. I have placed a manual order with the correct provider and notified the customer, but I don't know who to contact about the error in routing. Etsy 'help' is no help.
I am having the same issue but from 20 different orders. Do i now have to pay for the orders myself?
