Order printing with the wrong currency

Jump to solution

Trying to print an order, and the currency is "DDK" with numbers way off what it should be.  I checked my setting and it says US Dollars, so that's right.  Hopefully it's just a glitch.

So maybe the customer has the setting wrong?  That might make sense.  Thanks for taking the time to help.  I appreciate it.

Thr Buyer may have actually been situated in Denmark and sending the Order to a Arizona, US address? Or the buyer had their settings / currency set to DDK because they were using a Danish CC / Bank?

No, it's going to Arizona.  Thanks though!

@ellesh71

Sounds like you are trying to print the packing slip vs the order receipt. Packing slips are meant for the buyer and are in their chosen currency. Order receipts are meant for the seller and are in the sellers chosen currency.

There isn't anything you can do to change it if the buyer has their currency set to DDK and not USD.
