Order information truncated in help request

Has anyone noticed a change in the information available on an order when someone places a help request? 

When we click on view order in the upper right hand of the help request to see order details it no longer shows any information on when mailed/marked completed or any tracking information. 

We have to go out of the help request, search for their order in our master list gather data to effectively reply and then go back to the order request to compile a response. 

Didn't seem to be an issue before. Not sure when this changed but it is a frustrating process. 

 

Also, the new listing process sucks. But I guess that is another topic and keep selecting use old format as long as possible.
