Order Issue

my customers are unable to place orders. When they try to order, the payment is deducted, but after one minute, their order gets automatically canceled, and the payment is refunded. What could be the issue?

Scammers.  Etsy catches them and removes the order before you lose money.  New sellers get hammered especially hard from scammers hoping to gain your personal and banking info.

You cannot list anything medical, medical claims or healing items. Read the rules here on Etsy in the handbook

Agreed.  You could list the recipes as long as you don't make any claims of healing, stress relief, etc. in your descriptions, tags, or photos..  You would need to come up with different cover photos, since healing is mentioned right on them.  You would have to use a non-medical title such as "Herbal Tea Recipes."
