Order From Europe without IOSS Numbet

Hi Everyone 

I had an order from Germany without IOSS number. How can this be possible. Never come across with this situation. İts impossible to reach Etsy help so do you have any suggestions what shall ı do.

Etsy only collects EU VAT on orders under €150.

If it's above that, then they don't collect and there is no IOSS number.

either,

the total order is over 150 euros, in which case they will be charged VAT and handling fees on import - make sure you use regular post, not courier, as their fees are a lot higher,

or

it's a category that is zero rated, like baby items
