Orange dot on Shop Manager won't go away. Been there for days. Why?

No orders, no messages, yet orange dot won't go away.

Never mind.... I figured it out. The annoying orange dot is a reminder to leave a review for purchases. I don't want to leave a review for minimal things that shouldn't even require a review. For example, a comb or barbie shoes.

I actually did my review to get rid of the Dot and its still there a month later, and wont go away, did put it on Technical  issue and never got looked at or sorted out,then finally had a purchase ready to review again , so thought i would review that one and hopefully the dot would finally disappear, but now cant even review that one at all as the window wont open up, i was supposed to ba able to review that one from the 24th June and looks like that will never happen anytime soon, so will be stuck with the dot frozen on my account forever!
