Options in listing not working in mobile app

Is anyone else having issues with customers not being able to check out because it keeps asking them to choose the options for the listing and it doesn't save them and can't check out?

I had several customers reach out already and I contacted Etsy but they had no answer and I have to wait.

Yes I did already but that should be something that should be addressed by Etsy since its affecting a shops sales
