Opened second shop with wrong email address

Hi, I opened  another shop on Etsy today and accidently typed in the wrong ending for my email address. I already picked the shop name when I created the shop. Now I can not get in because I didn't verify the emial address yet, which I of course can not verify. So I tried opening a shop again with the right email address and now the name that I wanted is gone because it's taken by the wrong email address. 

I hope this is not too confusing.

Does anybody know what I can do now?
