Online Chat has a technical issue

Hi there, 

Support Online chat is not working, it is loading continuously. It happens the same for Chrome, Safari, Etsy Mobile App. 
I updated every browser, I cleared cache and cookies. I signed out and signed in but nothing changed. The problem still stays the same. 
I tried to contact to Etsy support and they can not help me. 
I do not know what to do, please if you had the same problem in the past, let me know what to do.

Giving you a Bump.  
(Etsy doesn't come to the Forums as they once did.  Thank goodness for Sellers helping each other).

Have not tried Chat nor contacting Etsy in quite a while.  Some avenues (maybe you've already tried):
- Shop Manager > Community & Chat (Left Column) > Contact.  Choose issue closest to yours.  If needed, keep selecting until you come to  "I still need help." (Chat & phone not always available).  If you get Email and it does not address your problem, respond directly to it saying so (don't start another ticket).

- On Help Page (filter to "for Selling"; mine is usually on "For Buying"). Select Contact (perform same tasks as above).  Some people have filtered to "For Buying."
