My buyer said "it would only let me hit one star. Then it went to another page" when asked what I could do to fix whatever she was unhappy about. What do I do now? HELP!!!

Thank you. I tried contacting Etsy myself and got nothing by rote quotes from the policies that I already had researched. I have sent the link to my buyer, who says "five stars all the way"...let's see if she fixes it for me.
