One Star Review

My buyer said "it would only let me hit one star.  Then it went to another page" when asked what I could do to fix whatever she was unhappy about.  What do I do now?  HELP!!!

Thank you.  I tried contacting Etsy myself and got nothing by rote quotes from the policies that I already had researched.  I have sent the link to my buyer, who says "five stars all the way"...let's see if she fixes it for me.

Thank you.  It's up to the buyer now...I'm practically nauseous over this but I've done all I can and hopefully my buyer will go back in and fix it.  Thanks for your advice!
