On vacation mode for info review

So about a month ago now my shop was put on vacation mode while Etsy verified my seller information. I was never prompted to update any info, and after a couple days my account was put back to normal. I had emailed support since it freaked me out at first and thankfully I heard back, but it was after vacation mode was removed. (The email didn’t state anything about my shop aside from vacation mode being turned off) I thought everything fine but now my account is back in vacation mode for apparently the same reason. My fees are paid, my payment info is up to date, I’ve never shipped anything late, I have no idea why this is happening. If there’s something I need to fix I don’t know how to find it.

They usually do this when they want to verify your identity. Have you received anything asking you to upload an ID such as a DL or a passport?  If all else fails (no email anywhere) look in your dashboard under tax and legal and see if there is a notice asking you to download a govt ID.

I haven’t received any emails and on my dashboard it says my id is verified. Maybe I need to re-upload it but i haven’t received anything telling me to do so. Thanks for the advice I appreciate it!

Just wanted to leave an update, my account is back to normal. Hopefully this doesn't happen a third time.

This just happened to me. No email, not out of date documents. I sell digital products, so no late deliveries either. Did they explain why it was suspended? How did you get your store reinstated?
