My on-time shipping rating dropped because Etsy did not update the tracking. The tracking still says pre-transit here on Etsy but the buyer received the order on time. I have the successful tracking info from the P.O. and a message from the buyer that it was received on time. As a small farmer, I work hard and had a perfect delivery time rate. The order was received on time by the buyer. I have no control over Etsy's end of it. How do I fix my rating?
When you click on the tracking number by the order, what does it say?
I have two orders in the last month which are stuck on pre-transit yet both were sent with valid tracking and on time and are already delivered and one with 5 star review. I have been exchanging messages with an Etsy support person who has even admitted that it is a 'known issue' which is that sometimes the tracking works and sometimes it doesn't!! With just the first pre-transit, I managed to get back over 95%, but now with the 2nd there is no way I will manage to get another 16 orders before the end of November, and i will lose star seller for at least the next 3 months. They should not be judging sellers performance and passing the resulting information on to shoppers when the system they use sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't
I totally agree. I have 123 on time sales... and my rate dropped to 80% due to this one glitch on Etsy's part. Infuriating. Do they even monitor this forum?
I have an order from back in August says no tracking when tracking was added so there is surely a glitch.
