On time shipping and tracking for star seller

I have a star seller badge and the score for shipping om time was 95%

Today it went on 94% although i did send the orders on time.

If you do the math it is 304 orders of which 289 shipped on time and 5 not.

So it should be over 95%,not 94%

Is there a bug maybe?

Since Star Seller is based on the last 3 months of activity, how many of those 5 late deliveries are included in that time frame?

only these for this month,before (last month) it was at 100%

Since the late deliveries occurred in this month, your rating went down and affects January's SSB.

yes but i mean it is 289/304=0.9506 so it should be 95% not 94%

289 out of 304 is 15 not shipped on time, not 5. Even so, it should be just over 95%.  Of course, that is based on those figures being for sales made on Oct, Nov and Dec only.

@LuckyRatJewellery: You need to check the applicable CSV file on your Customer Service (Star Seller) page to see what Etsy thinks is late or otherwise has something wrong with it. In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC not your time zone.

If you see *Had processing time?* = no, then unfortunately this is a known glitch were some orders seem to spontaneously 'lose' their processing time and negatively affect Star Seller.

yes i just found 12 "no" instead of 5 that Etsy shows me in total 307 orders,but still it would be a score of 96%,not 94%

@LuckyRatJewellery: So you have 12 orders with no processing time and 5 orders shipped late? That would be 290 (307 - 12 - 5) divided by 307 or 94.46%, and since Etsy truncates it resolves to 94%.

maybe thats it but the real ones shipped late were 5,the other 12 i don't know where they found them,maybe it is the glitch you mentioned.

I am still shipping on time and the percentage keeps falling.

Is it maybe becuse i deposit the mail at the post in the afternoon and the post sends it out the next day?But i ve been doing that for years and never had problems with the etsy stats
