On time dispatching taking a toll on my shop's visibility.

My shop on time dispatch percentage is 79% and it's taking a toll on my shop's visibility. Please help !!

The only one that can help you is you.

Ship on time, or put longer processing times on your listings.

If you continue to ship late, Etsy may shut your shop completely.

@RiyaJewels: Are you looking for suggestions on how to improve your dispatch score or are you saying that it is being calculated incorrectly?

If the latter, you first need to check the applicable CSV file on your Customer Service page (last review period for February star) to see what Etsy thinks is late or otherwise has something wrong with it. In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC not your time zone.
