I am getting fed up with this issue now as I have been battling it most of the year. My on time despatch records are incorrectly being marked as late and with no processing time - this is categorically untrue. All orders have a processing time and are posted either on the day or the day after. I have tried contacting Etsy chat but the last person I spoke to hasn't ended the chat so I can't get new help and I have been trying for over a month. I have now had a message from Etsy saying my shop could be suspended or downgraded in searches because my on time despatch stats are not meeting their standard. How on earth is this fair when it is not my fault but their error? I have changed my shipping profiles too to see if this had any effect and it doesn't. Does anyone have any suggestions of what I can do or how I can contact Etsy to get them to fix this?
@SarisonGifts: This is an on going issue that has been reported numerous times recently in this forum where some orders "lose" their processing time. There is a November 2022 response ("solution") from an Etsy Admin to this issue at https://community.etsy.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Missed-star-seller-due-to-apparently-missing-processi...
Based on other posts in this forum, the ability to have this corrected by support seems to be rather hit or miss depending on who you get.
A suggestion was made to NOT mention Star Seller as doing so seems to negatively affect the ability to get these kinds of issues resolved.
Thank you @BagmakerSupply I think the biggest issue I am having is that I can't even contact support. The last person I spoke to hasn't ended the chat so I can't ask for new help. I have tried typing end, new, help, new help, new chat etc and nothing ever happens. I've been stuck with the same chat open since November 22nd.
set up a brand new shipping profile - do not copy
make sure the send from country and from postcode is correct
then delete the old shipping profile, and use the new one
@CraftyCornishMaids I will give that a try and see what happens
