On Time Shipping Rate Incorrect

This is for my other shop 1141Memories. For some reason, that shop has a greyed out button for starting a discussion in the Technical Issues section.

Etsy says I shipped one order late. I downloaded the Excel file and it shows one order shipped late. I looked up the order - I received the order on May 29 and shipped the package on May 30. I have a 3-5 day processing time. USPS shows them accepting the order on May 31. Tracking shows the order was delivered on Jun 3. Etsy says I shipped the order on Jun 6, three days after the customer received it. How can I get someone to look at this?

did you edit the order after you sent it, like adding or updating the tracking number

If you do, etsy uses the date you updated it, as the new shipping date.
