So this is a very small problem. But it's annoying me.
In my shop, I appear to have 750 items.
But if I go to Listings Manager I have 751 listings.
Why is this different? Has been this way for a couple of months. Am almost at the point of going through one at a time to try to find the "extra".
Anyone else have this?
I see 751 in your shop not 750.
I see 750 as well.
It's likely an item that is a knife or has a tag that is similar to a knife.
Because they are banned from being viewed from the UK.
It could be because you've got an item that you wouldn't be able to purchase in your country. I have a couple of sets of vintage tea knives for sale, which are not available for anyone in the UK to purchase, so Etsy thinks it's appropriate not to show them even to me as the seller.... So I have more listings in shop manager than I do in my shop front.
I have the same issue when my settings are on the US - 2 more in my listing manager than the number shown in my shop, yet when I do the math by section, they are all in the shop. When I count every single item, I get 171 items, even though the number says 169. I've even checked items that might be caught for prohibited words, and they all show up as purchasable in the US right on the listing.
And when I change my settings to Canada, I see the number 171. Methinks there is a glitch LOL
Edit - I see 745 on your shop home page, with my settings on United States, but you may have sold some things since you posted. @ChestnuttVintage
@ChestnuttVintage Is it possible you have a forgotten Custom listing that was never purchased? Those will show in Listings Manager, but not in your shop.
Thanks! Mystery solved!
I have a bracelet which has various things shown on it, one of which is a sword. So my ever so illegal bracelet with a picture of a sword doesn't show up in the UK so I can't see it in my shop.
