Number of Listed Sales Is Off

The number of active listings isn't calculating properly.

The total number of listed items for sale on the left side of the shop. The count is off on the browser. It has been jumping around all day, seems like a bug.

514 active listings, and 514 in all sections.

What should it be?

@SilverlakeSeedCo On your shop home page we see 498 total listings right now. By jumping around do you mean the number is going up and down? Other threads in this forum seem to indicate the Etsy bots are deactivating some live plant and seed listings. Has this happened to you?

There are 515 items in the shop. If you tally up each section it equals that yet it says 499. Yes, the total number jumped and decreased several times yesterday with no change to the active listings. It's not a deactivation by Etsy.

This was posted for Etsy to see to check on if there was a bug in their site (I'm viewing on Firefox)

I'm using Chrome viewing from the UK.

Im seeing 516 now (i guess you just listed). and the sections add up to 516

However....

if I change to USA, I only see 497 All listings.

It'll be to do with listings that are "unavailable in this region" which is popping up today/last couple of days.

@CappuccinoLaceThank you, will read that. We don't sell to the UK at all due to import restrictions. Weird that you can see all of them!

@CappuccinoLace You're absolutely right, seems quite a few of my listings have moved into a "not available in your region" status which changes the number of total listings.

That's one of the things I first noticed.  I have 20 listings.  Down to 13 now only 12

Something is definitely wonky! I have 22 listings, but only 18 are showing on my lead page, and it says 18 under "all". But under flower seeds, it shows 21, and hedge/ tree category it say 1 for a total of 22. Nothing has been deactivated. When i go to my active listings it says 22. It is easier to see in my shop, because i don't have that many listings. This is a new shop, but I am not new to Etsy. The same thing is showing if I look at it through my other shop.

This could be another problem with Hoyas being sold. Is the Hoya Plant Poisonous or Toxic to Humans or Animals? Hoya plants are not poisonous or toxic to humans. Though the plant does have a milky sap in its leaves, it is non-toxic and will only cause minor skin irritation if touched
