Apparently I sold an item on Feb 29th and the buyer paid. Etsy did not notify me. The buyer made several attempts to message me and eventually was refunded his money. All of my notifications are turned on. Thanks Etsy
Unfortunate to happen. This is a good reminder to check your shop daily.
Don't depend of any type of notifications. Log into your shop at least once a day.
