We are not receiving the transaction confirmation emails for sales made. Anyone else facing this issue today?
I have been facing it since last October--some folks even longer.
Don't look to Etsy for a quick fix--or any kind of fix, ever.
Yes, they are hit and miss. Always have to look and the Orders & shipping page
I always check my dashboard. Use gmail, other providers like comcast block Etsy.
@SadaJewels: There are lots and lots of threads in this forum about issues with app and eMail notifications. Presuming that the eMail was sent, many bad things can happen between Etsy's mail server and your eMail client. The consensus is that a seller needs to check their shop for messages and orders at least daily via a browser (even their mobile browser) until these issues are resolved.
