Not receiving notifications on phone

• I have recently changed my mobile phone since then have not received any notifications letting me know I have made a sale. I have checked the settings on the Etsy app and on my phone. Can anyone help I am missing orders.

Hi I am using an Android phone make is Blackview .

On android -

Go to manage apps on your phone, click on the Sell on Etsy, find allow notifications.

You can then go back to the app and choose which notifications and sounds you want to use.

Hi thank you for your reply I have done all that and still no notifications are coming through
