I’m receiving notifications for all customer messages on my phone except for one specific customer. For some reason, their messages aren’t triggering notifications, so I’m missing them for hours. Notifications for everyone else are working just fine.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
Check your spam folder. It could be going directly into that.
Their messages are going to my main inbox. I'm just not getting message notifications on my phone from that one specific customer. If anyone else messages me, the notifications come through just fine.
